    Short Bio

    Gina Cavalier is an author, speaker, and Wellness Program Director whose work centers on emotional healing, resilience, and human connection. She is the international bestselling co-author of Surviving Suicidal Ideation (with Dr. Amelia Kelley) and the author of Planet Walking: A Handbook for the Living (2026), a practical guide to purpose, self-awareness, and grounded healing.

    Drawing from lived experience and years of practice, Gina has supported thousands of individuals through anxiety, burnout, disconnection, and life transitions. She began her speaking career at Warner Bros., presenting to over 600 colleagues, and now speaks nationwide at conferences, organizations, and universities—sharing tools that help people reconnect to themselves and move forward with clarity and purpose.
